This blog is written and maintained as a hobby by myself (Seth Persigehl).

I am (a):

I believe:

  • That there is more good in the world than bad.
  • It is up to us as individuals to keep it that way.
  • In humanity, the human spirit,  a moral compass, and that God(s) are not required for that.
  • That certain things should not turn a profit, including: Police, Fire departments, Water treatment and distribution, Infrastructure Construction and Operation (such as roads, railroads, and Electricity), the Post Office, and Health care.
  • That American copyright law desperately needs to be rewritten. Creative works should not be restricted for more than 20 years after they are created.
  • Common Courtesy, while mutually beneficial, should not be legally required.
  • Solar Power is the way of the future, whether it be PV or Thermal based.
  • That the Death Penalty Should be abolished.
  • Humans should have control of their own body.
  • The government should create a flat income tax and abolish all other taxes.
