After a quick Google search I found a <a href="http://www.ocforums.com/showthread.php?p=5809919">fourm talking about using aticonfig</a> to solve the problem. As it turns out, the command is very simple:</p>
<p>aticonfig &#8211;pplib-cmd &#8220;set fanspeed 0 100&#8243;</p>
<p>where 0 is the card identifier and 100 is the % you want the fan speed to run at.</p>
